Covalence is a persistent memory layer for AI clients on macOS, solving the problem of AI assistants lacking long-term memory across sessions. The product is delivered as a macOS app with an MCP server, storing data locally in SQLite with on-device embeddings, ensuring privacy and no cloud dependency.
